Lavinia is a fully certified LotteBerk® teacher having undertaken the vigorous and comprehensive training programme in 2000. She taught in the London studio in the Fulham Road for several years before opening her own purpose built studio in Wiltshire 8 years ago. The studio is situated in the village of Allington in the Vale of Pewsey between Marlborough and Devizes.
The training covered Anatomy and Physiology with workshops led by highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapists, as well as the science of stretching, posture, pregnancy, post partum and remedial workshops. Combined with the theory were many hours of practical teaching under the supervision of Gay Christie, Director of LotteBerk®
Lavinia is a member of the LotteBerk® Association of Teachers. She visits the London Studio on a regular basis to attend classes and workshops to continually refresh and update her skills.
